" When I came to Canada, the Holy Spirit spoke in my heart, 'Son, you have come to the place which I chose. This country is the country I chose to fill the gap.' Being Canadian is now a welcome hallmark throughout the whole world... You have the welcome open door like the Philadelphia church in Revelation, you have the finances, well-trained personnel, and a good church. God calls you to rise up to meet the challenge before Christ comes.

A clear-cut clarion trumpet sound is coming to Canada. Rise up, Canada! Meet the challenge. God wants your young men and young women to rise up and give their lives as sacrifices. God needs your money, your businesses, your homes, your lives to be dedicated to Him... God is depending on you... I know that you will do it. I know that you are well able to do it."

Dr. Yonngi Cho reiterated the earlier prophecy, adding to it:

"Five years ago I visited Canada and travelled from Montreal to Vancouver by car. I was preaching from town to town, and while I was speaking, I felt somewhat depressed. The Canadian Church seemed so small . But wherever I went, the Holy Spirit spoke in my heart that God was going to raise up tremendous churches in Canada and that Canada would be used as a missionary sending country, and that Canada would open the way for Jesus Christ to return to this earth.

I was afraid to confess that but when I was praying... the Spirit of the Lord would impress my heart to say it. I was afraid because I already thought that America was far greater than Canada. If ever God would use any country, He should use America instead of Canada because America is a... country with greater resources and more population."

The Lord told me to look toward Canada. And He said: what do you see? And I said I see a simmering pot. The Lord God spoke to my heart and said that this simmering pot is only barely overflowed. But I say that in this hour this simmering pot is about to be tipped over to the south. It will be tipped over and will literally go out to the south with a power and the presence of God. It will literally go and do a complete circle, from one end of the earth to the other, saith the Lord.

For the simmering pot of my Glory that I have been simmering and placing all the ingredients of my Holy Spirit in is about to be tipped over, says the Lord. I am about to tip you out just as David took the cup of water that the mighty men brought to him and he poured it out upon the earth. So shall I pour out my Glory from you, says the Lord.

This soil, says the Lord, shall be an apostolic prophetic ground. From you shall spring forth the apostolic and prophetic to build My Church in these last days, says the Lord. Even as Elijah was a Tishbite and Paul said I was a Benjamite, so shall we say, 'I am of Canada'. The apostolic and prophetic great utterance of power shall come from this country, says the Lord. For I have ordained it. I have even preserved it for this hour. I've preserved this country for this hour, says the Lord.

Canada had been preserved for this last outpouring of My Glory and it shall not be ended. This shall not be a revival that has an ending, says the Lord. The only ending shall be the beginning of the new millennium, the new reign of My Kingdom. There is no ending of this coming revival, says the Lord. There is no ending. It's not here, then there, then waiting for the next phase. For this revival, says the Lord, shall just keep on going until eternity. The only finish line is eternity, says the Lord. The only finish line to this race is eternity. So lift up your heads that hang down, says the Lord. For this is your hour For this is your hour, says the Lord. This is your hour to run the race, to keep your eyes set on Christ.

Is there any weight of sin that so easily besets you? I have given you the grace to throw it off. I have given you the grace to run like a long distance runner. I have given you the grace and the power of My Spirit to do exploits in this world, says the Lord. This is your hour. This is your hour.

And the simmering pot of My Glory is about to be tipped up. Within this year, it shall begin to tip and as the new year dawns upon you, it shall crash down upon the earth and My Glory shall wash to the south, says the Lord. Across this nation and down into Mexico and South America and all around the world until it comes back in its full circle, says the Lord. Watch it and see if it will not come to pass.

To Canada in general I heard the Lord say, "You are a nation, a sovereign nation, separate but distinct from England, France and America. You have a unique DNA, you are different. But know this, you are brothers, by blood and by covenant with these other nations. In the days ahead, days of turmoil and upheaval, a distinction shall be made between you and your brothers." [This goes back to a word I had in 1999 in Fulton NY that showed a huge glass wall standing between the USA and Canada, the Lord said back then that he would divide the judgements against the two nations for they were different].

In the late summer of last year, 2000, the Lord spoke to me that there was soon coming a fresh wind of the Holy Spirit over the nation of Canada. And for those congregations that had been seeking to hear what the Holy Spirit was saying to the church of Canada they were going to find that the winter storms were over and the spring rains were now softening the soil. And that soil which has been nourished through prayer and worship was going to grow fruit and vines much quicker than normal. As, well the fruit would also be larger than normal. As many congregations have been whole heartedly seeking the Face of God for their cities and country, they were going to experience a bumper crop this season.

I saw and experienced warm and scented winds coming over the land of Canada. Just as the fore fathers felt to include Psalm 72.8 in the heritage of their nation, so it will prove to be both prophetic and a reality for this present church generation. They shall experience God's having "dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth". The river that began in Toronto 7 years ago shall, indeed, cover the land and continue with even greater power to go to the ends of the earth.

I saw the soft spring winds rippling over the nation. There was a "goldenness" about the winds. They seemed to be lightly colored with gold, which stood for the purity of clean hands and pure hearts which have been prepared to receive the Holy Spirit of the Living God and make a resting place for Him. As well, there was a fresh scent that came with the winds. A scent of incense, and frankincense, and myrrh. It was a scent of Levitical worship for the Presence of the Lord. As well, it was the scent that both woke up the (spiritual) senses of the church, but also filled the Bride with expectancy and love for the Bridegroom- Christ. The Lord said to me, that where as the work of the harvest has seemed difficult, slow, and sporadic there was now going to be a joy and ease in the work. The winter rains have been preparing the soil. And even though the soil has seemed muddy and difficult to work for the laborers, what those rains have accomplished is allowing the rocks which have been entrenched in the hard soil to be loosened and to work their way to the top. Those obstacles which use to break many plow blades and cause the plowing to go slowly are now going to be easily removed through prayer and deliverance.

Recently, while ministering in the capitol of Canada-Ottawa, I felt the Lord say the following; These are the days of many congregations in Canada going from glory to glory. Seven years ago the Lord began to pour out the new wine and the oil of the Holy Spirit in Toronto- a great Canadian city of commerce. In that powerful move God has given the church of Canada some new currency. Instead of trading in tradition and programs like in the past, many congregations have learned to give out the joy of the Spirit and the peace and love of the Father's Heart. In this move Canada has proven to be a well for the nations.

But a fresh move is going to be added to the one of seven years ago. Just as Ezekiel experienced two parts in his vision of the dry bones coming to life so there will be two significant aspects of what God has in store for Canada. The first part brought a shaking and rattling the seriously shook up the religious death grip over many congregations. As well it brought much need unity to the church. A unity, not made by man, but of the different joints and bones of the church of Canada coming together in the Sprit in a fresh way. Those bones that came together for the purpose of seeking God were given muscle and sinews and tendons. They received a fresh strength to stand in the Lord and overcome the warfare of the enemy. But now a second wind is coming. This wind will enable the newly formed body to jump, run, and even mount up in the purposes of God and soar in His power and grace. This fresh wind will come on those congregations that have moved towards unity and learned to prefer one another just as Christ Jesus came to serve, rather than to be served. This second wind will release apostolic authority to the church of Canada.

Just as the first phase of this move which began in financial city of Toronto gave the church a fresh currency of peace and joy, so this new move will be governmental. The first rains brought refreshment but were also prophetic. They spoke of the possibility of what could take place through out the nation. This second move, will be a joining of the apostolic to the prophetic. A governmental type of authority will come on many churches and leaders through out Canada. There will be fresh anointing of power and authority coming on many. The move of the last 7 years has prepared many for this increase of the Spirit. Just as many have fallen deeper in love with Jesus, so they will now receive this anointing and not be caught up in their own ministries, but will be caught up it the ministry of the Holy Spirit. They will not represent their own empires, but rather Jesus and the Kingdom of God.

Indeed, Ottawa, the governmental city of Canada shall have a key role in this move. But it shall not be limited to Ottawa. Toronto and Vancouver, as well as other cities and towns, are going to be epicenters of this move. The church is built on the foundations of the prophets and the apostles and now, the foundation of the church of Canada is going to go deeper into it's prophetic and apostolic foundations. This will result in the living House of God growing both up and out. It will grow closer in intimacy with God the Father, but it will also grow outwardly to take in more hurt and broken.

Know this, that God, in His sovereignty, has chosen the great nation of Canada to impact the world on even a deeper level. Just as Canada is rich in natural resources but has barely tapped into those resources so the church of Canada is rich in Christ, but has barely tapped into the resources that Christ Jesus has for her in His Spirit. But the Lord says to have hope and lift up your eyes. You are going to be warmed and strengthened in the fresh wind that is coming. You shall walk and not faint, run and not be weary, and even though the church institutions of man stumble badly, you shall mount up in the purposes of God.

For I the Lord would speak unto this dominion called Canada, and I would say unto My people be of good cheer, for I have possessed this nation in the days of the past, and I will possess it again whether the hearts of men desire to give it to Me or not. Yea, from sea to shining sea shall I be the Ruler over this great land, and I shall make it a haven of rest, I shall make it an anchor for the soul, I shall make it a spring board from whence My Gospel shall go out into the nations of the world, for I have put within you a spirit of peace, and the Lord says I will cause that spirit of peace to give you honour among the nations and respect. And the Lord says My blessings is coming, be of good cheer, I have blessed you in the very soil that is underneath your feet for it is full of treasures, says the Lord. And I have given you the best of intellect from the nations of the world, I have poured into you My blessed colours of the rainbow and you have become a Joseph nation, you have become a Joseph nation, yea, even a nation of many colours. And even as the colours send out vibrations so shall you vibrate My glory to the nations of the world and you shall impact nations.

Even as your army lands in Afghanistan in these hours, I say unto you, I will be with your young men and women, and I will speak to them and they shall be able to receive a new vision and a new visitation in their lives that they've never had before, for the day of My visitation to Canada has come, and I'm going to raise up in this nation a mighty army of women of God. For before in times past when I would anoint my daughters they did not have room in your midst to give forth the Word and to give forth the manifestation of My anointing and power and gifts in their lives and they had to cross your borders and I had to take them to other lands where I could use them because you cramped them here. But the Lord says the day has come when I will no more allow this to happen and I'm going to raise a mighty army of women who shall stand in the forefront and shall shake this nation. They shall pastor some of the largest churches of this nation, they shall have authority with Me and they shall have gifts of power and of healing and you will yourself be amazed at what I will do. And I will not have to send them south of the border to raise up churches and to raise up tents and to fill the great ballrooms and stadiums, saith the Lord. For you yourself will receive an enlargement, you will receive an enlargement of the soul, saith the Lord, so that you will be able to accept your own daughters whom I am anointing in these last days, and the spirit of criticism and religiosity, the Lord says, I put it under My feet and say it is done with. I will no more allow it, saith the Lord.

And those who do not receive the visitation of God, they shall be put to the side, they shall even be put on the shelf, saith the Lord. And they shall be nothing but white elephants, saith the Lord, and no one shall go to be cheered and no one shall go to be warmed, and no one shall go to be healed into their sepulchers, saith the Lord. But I will do a new thing, yea it shall spring forth and you shall see it saith the Lord;. Even in this city you will see a new visitation. Yea the Lord says, the dawn is breaking over Canada, from Newfoundland even to Vancouver Island, Hallelujah. And I will visit, I will visit the people of the Northland, and I will visit the First Nations people and I will visit those who are the poor of this nation. I have wept for the poor and they have looked for friendship from you and they have looked for help from you and you have often scorned them, saith the Lord. You've given them your dollar begrudgingly because the government has demanded it of you. But the Lord says I will visit you with a love for them, and they shall put away their traditional demonic worships and their symbols of idolatry and they shall turn to Me and I will raise up even among the First Nations powerful evangelists that shall shake this whole dominion, saith the Lord. And you shall be astounded for this is the day of the Lord's visitation to the Icelands.'"

The Lord took me into a vision and I saw Him take the Canadian flag and stretch it over the nation like a huge canopy. The flag became a Jewish Chuppah which is the canopy that brides and grooms exchange their wedding vows beneath.

Then I heard the Spirit of God speak this scripture. Hosea 2:16

"On that day, says the Lord, you will call me, 'My Husband,' and no longer will you call me, 'My Master.'

I saw an anointing come upon the nation of Canada, beneath this Chuppah, to bring people from the bonds of religion to the union of relationship with God. Those who knew Him only as "master" would come to know Him as "Husband" in Canada.

Then I saw the Lord send forth men and women from Canada and they took this covering (canopy) of the Chuppah with them to whatever nation they went to (like a traveling Chuppah). With this spiritual covering and intimate union they transformed many peoples, tribes and nations. Once again this change from "master" to "husband" would come upon those who they touched. The presence of the Bridegroom was under this canopy. Each time I see the Canadian flag now I see a heart overlaid upon the leaf and hear the words, "His banner of me is love".

We are crossing over a threshold into the days of His glorious presence. In the history books that will be written, this time period will be called 'The days of His glorious presence.' God will invade cities with a transformational glory. These are the days of convergence where bright illuminaries will come again, and they will shine where mysteries of the King will be revealed and where dread champions are once again raised up as giants of faith and humility. But they will point the way, not to themselves, but to the One who is greater than them.

Vancouver. The Lord is also going to cause a strategy to come forth to lay siege to the city of Vancouver. For the city of Vancouver has lain under a shroud of an occult spirit. But the Lord is going to release an apostolic strategy to lay siege to the city of Vancouver so the shroud of the occult spirit will be pierced. It will be as though the Lord comes with these two-edged swords and cuts through this false shroud of the occult spirit that has surrounded the city of Vancouver. That thing is going to be pierced. And there is going to be brilliant displays of power that is going to occur in the middle of the very city of Vancouver.

British Columbia and Prince Edward Island. There is going to be an upsetting of governmental things in British Columbia. The government shall change in British Columbia and Victoria Island shall not be a place where it shall be of witchcraft and new age practitioners hiding. But it is going to be a place where the victory of God is going to be seen in a governmental seat. And the victory of the Lord is going to visit some place called Prince Edward Island where there is going to be an apostolic move. I don't even know where in the world this is. There is going to be an apostolic move of God that is going to come upon Prince Edward Island. It is going to be an invasion, an invasion. Something similar to what occurred in the Hebrides Islands in the late 40's and early 50's. It is going to overwhelm some place called Prince Edward Island. It is going to come upon it. It is going to be a glory cloud that is going to be seen. Mark this down and pray this into being. This shall happen. It shall be seen. There are going to be actual cloud formations over this island, and signs will be seen in the heavens, and wonders will begin to occur in the earth beneath.

Lightning and New Music. (The Lord says,) "I am going to be moving in the heavens. I am going to be moving in the skies that are literally above your eyes. I am going to be releasing amber light. I am going to be releasing displays of My brilliant presence in ways where lightning is going to flash horizontally and not vertically, and it's going to go criss-cross across the skies. People are not going to understand what this is, and they are going to say, 'This is a new phenomenon - we don't even have a word for this.' It's not going to be witchcraft nor will it be New Age nor will it be the occult." For the Lord says, "It is My angels that are appearing on the scene. It will not be as it was when Lucifer fell from the sky and they said, 'We saw him fall like lightning.' But it will rather be that the angels of the Lord are coming to encamp. There shall be new encampments of the angels of the Lord of Hosts where the sounds of the orchestra of heaven are going to be released into the earth realm. There is going to be music that has not been heard in the earth realm for generations, and it is going to be heard because Jacob's ladder is going to be coming down again."

Inuit Revival. And even as I spoke before, there will be this move of God which will mature. It has already begun. It is amongst the Inuit people, and it's going to be transformation - whole villages coming to faith. Whole villages coming to faith. Watch out in the northern arctic regions and in the regions in the Northwest territories and in all the regions called Territories where you have not legalized them to be provinces. The Lord would say, "I am going to move in the Territories; I am going to move in the Territories, and I am going to claim territory in the territories. I am going to cause for a throne to be built over the territories, a throne that I am going to sit in, where apostolic rule is going to be released. I am going to use these Native peoples of this land, and there shall be a redemptive work that will happen in their midst, and they shall help lead the way of an apostolic reformation across this nation. They will have a heart of understanding for the persecution of the Jewish people."

Canada and Calgary. And the Lord says, "I am going to turn the heart of Canada. Oh Canada, Oh Canada, Oh Canada. I am looking for lands to be lands of refuge. I am looking for cities that will be places of hiddenness and refuge. Oh Canada, oh Canada, will you allow me to stretch out My wing where I can even hide My people? Can you believe that there is something greater than the prairie fires of the Latter Rain Movement that shall emerge once again? Can you believe that I will raise up something among the end times hand maidens and servants? Would you believe that I am going to look upon those that would sometimes be called the outcasts, and I am going to look upon them, and I will say that they are no longer the outcasts? But I shall raise them up to be the upper cast. And I shall place new spheres of authority." The Lord says, "The city of Calgary, Calgary, Calgary. I am going to unseat the high places that are around the city of Calgary, and there will be a displacement. It will be a move of displacement where the occult powers of the air shall be displaced by praise, praise, praise, praise. And there is a convergence that is going to occur in the city of Calgary where praise warriors are going to come together to lay siege to the city of Calgary. And I will release My horses once again. I will release My riders on My horses, and it will not be as it was prophesied in times ago that the horse and rider will be hurled into the sea. But I will have My horses, and I will have My riders and they shall be stationed, fixed upon My war horses. They will not be tossed off, but they will march forward." This will be a day when the dread army of the Lord appears on the scene once again.

New Revelations. Now I declare that there is a new sound that is coming down from heaven. Ears are going to be opened, and they are going to be hearing sounds that they have never heard before. Many of you are going to hear the bells that are on the garments of the priests, and it is going to be a call for you to come into the Most Holy Place. Your ears are going to be opened, and you are going to hear a wake-up call in the middle of the night. Some of you are going to be awakened at 3:33, and you are going to want to know: "What in the world is this?" The Lord says, "I am going to show you great and mighty things which you do not know." He says, "Call upon Me. Call upon Me. Call upon Me. I want you now in the night seasons. I am going to be releasing my angels even as it was in the book of Zechariah in the fourth chapter where the angel of the Lord was released and came and aroused Zechariah. The word of the Lord came and he asked, "What is this?" So many of you right now, by the authority of that word that is going forth are going to be aroused in the middle of the night by angelic encounters for such a time as this. Visions are going to appear, and you are going to ask, "What is this?" The Holy Spirit Himself is going to be a divine interpreter, and He will interpret for you what the vision means because the Lord says this: "This is the hour when mysteries shall be revealed. This is the hour when mysteries shall be revealed. This is the hour when mysteries shall be revealed."

A marriage is coming, a marriage is coming, a marriage is coming into Canada. And in this case, the bride and the groom are England and France. And the bride and groom are not going to have a divorce but the bride and groom are going to be married.

And the Lord will take the redemptive gifts of the French mystics of old and the prophetic anointing that was on the Huguenots. And He is going to wed it with the regal understanding and the teacher anointing upon the English. And the word and the spirit shall be wedded together.

And I had one vision before I came here. And the prairie grass fires are going to burn again.

There was an outpouring of the spirit. There were some twins that the anointing fell on - it was a parable and we didn't know it. And I am giving you an after the fact interpretation of what God birthed somewhere, not far away from here. Somewhere not far away from here the Holy Spirit fell on some twins. And I am here to tell you that God is going to fall upon the twins of the English and French. The English and the French inheritance.

And they shall not repel, but there shall be a union. There shall be a joining of the redemptive giftings of the English and French. And it shall be mingled and brought together in this nation. There is going to be something different is going to happen and the spirit of adoption shall come upon the nation. And there is going to be a birthing that is going to happen in the church and the offspring that is going to come is going to carry the mystical and the teaching, the school of the word and the school of the spirit brought together to bring about a new apostolic era. A new apostolic opportunity because we have the privilege of writing history before the throne of the Almighty.

And the Lord would say to you, "I'm ready to make my church whole and break the fragmentation of the prophetic anointing and the prophetic call to My people in this nation. I say I'm going to cause fragmentation to let go of My body in this nation. And I am sending you forth in wholeness as one who will go forth willing to address the structures that have been built up before you.

The Lord says do not be afraid, for I am sending you forth in a different way than you have gone forth before - I am sending you forth as those who are willing to worship with a sound that has not been heard in this land before. And if you will go forth and if you will stand and worship says the Lord and sacrifice to Me in a new way in these next several months, I will begin to cause that which has been built up against the purposes I have for this land to begin to fall.

I say to you, you will not be plundered for I will come with grace to surround you and to overtake you and you will begin to move forward in a way and you will be the one who plunders the enemy's camp. If you will gather and worship me I will release strategies and secrets to you of how the enemy is plundering you and you will take back the enemy's captives of this land. I say to you, do not walk into defeat another day - I am releasing you in victory, go forth for I long to give this land into the hands of my people who are carrying My presence. Rise up and be with Me in this season and you will hear the sound of worship, all the way from west to east and from east back to west. And I will settle in every province of this land the anointing of My ark, upon this land and it will be heard that the Lord has come to visit Canada.

Chuck then shared about a prayer mantle he had been given that had been used for some 40 years. However, during a meeting this prayer mantle was stolen. When he asked the Lord if he should go after the person that took it, God said "no" and that He was finished with that mantle. The Lord then told him " I will sovereignly at My time, give you the next mantle for my people to rise up for an impartation, for them to rise up to pray in a way they have never prayed before. Crying day and night - watching me come down into visitation, watching me change their family, watching me heal their children, watching me doing miracles not just for miracles sake but to defy the religious structure." He took out a Hebrew prayer shawl (tallit) and explained that someone had given this mantle to him just before he came to Canada on this trip. It was a double tallit and had on it two symbols - one representing redemption, the other the prophetic anointing. He then prophesied:

And the Lord says to you He will order your steps one by one to impart this mantle for those where they are hanging in the balance over their redemptive purpose as well as where He is ready to release the prophetic unction of God in such a way that everything that has been held captive will be set free to move in a whole new dimension. I want to say to you, Canada God has brought us here to give you a new mantle to change your atmosphere, to break off of you old thought processes, to liberate your prayer life to where you are praying and expecting the suddenlies. Canada this is your time.

I feel like God has instructed me today, as we release this new canopy over this nation, I am to leave it here until you complete your journey in July.

God says I am ready to change the atmosphere of this nation. The Spirit of God says I'm starting a procession that is going to move across this land. My presence is going to move. I will proceed it with signs, I will follow it with wonders. It is time of the change to come into the people of this nation.

And the Lord says, I will move from here and I will begin to shift China in a way China has not been shifted. I say,I will move back into France and cause France to submit their knee. I say to you, it is My time, the procession has begun across Canada!

As we remove this new mantle, it doesn't matter what else is going on… mantle means authority, you have the ultimate authority in this land, you have the ultimate voice in this land, you will unlock the redemption of this land, you will unlock the sound of this land, it's you who is carrying the presence of God to penetrate this land from west to east and back to west again, creating a whirlwind of God's presence in this land. And as we release this I want you to decree that everything in your family that is not in line is beginning to line up, everything in your house that's not in line everything in your church that is not in line. Speak to your city the ark is beginning to move. And I speak to religious spirits and I say "back up and let go". There is a pool in Canada that is about to increase into its fullness. There is vision coming in new and fresh to God's people. There is identity that is coming in - God says "I'm shifting the whole thing NOW!"

I heard a voice from heaven like a thunderstorm saying , the ark of the covenant, is no more taken away from the church of Canada. But now it's in the midst. And it will be a threat to the enemies of God!
