find your mandate
One of the deep cries God has put in our hearts as Watchmen is to see the body of Christ walk together in the unity as each individual hears God and obeys what He says. These 'individual acts of obedience' add up to a corporate obedience that we know will be instrumental to preparing the way for the Lord purposes to be fulfilled in Edmonton in August. So we are asking each person who attends Consumed to actively seek the Lord from now until the end of August about the gathering. Ask Him to reveal His heart, His secrets, His purposes for Consumed. And ask Him to show you your mandates/assignments for the gathering. It might be something as simple as sharing the vision with a few friends He places on your heart and encouraging them to attend with you. Or it might mean giving to help someone who doesn't have the finances to attend. Or if you are an artist, maybe the Lord will put it on your heart to paint a picture to help decorate the convention hall. No matter how old or young, how rich or poor, how gifted you think you are or aren't, you are a part of God's body and your obedience is key to what will happen in August.
